Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly and yearly VIP renewals can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. 1-Day VIP is a one-off pass with no recurring charge.
What's the difference between VIP and Credits?
VIP gives unlimited access during its window. Credits let you unlock individual premium reports — they never expire.
Is there a Free Trial?
Yes. Every verified account can claim one Free Trial (1-Day VIP Pass) — no credit card required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit cards and PayPal via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on mobile.
Do reports support multiple languages?
